Which Wingmate Studio subscription tier is right for my business?

The right subscription tier depends on your specific business needs and the volume of work you anticipate. We recommend scheduling a call with our account manager to explore the best options tailored to your business needs.

What is your minimum contract duration?

Contracts for all our new clients start as a one month pilot, which can be cancelled at any time for a full refund.

This pilot can be based on any tier depending on your business needs. It allows you to assess our services as well as accurately judge which service tier works best for you.

Once you are satisfied with the service, you can sign up to a longer term contract option. The three options we offer are 3 month, 6 month and a 12 month contract.

How can I make changes to my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription, such as pausing, canceling, upgrading, or downgrading, by contacting your designated account manager.

Do unused monthly hours carry over to the next month?

Yes, unused monthly hours carry over to the next month. All accrued hours reset every 3 months.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription for any reason at any time. Your remaining hours will be available when you reactivate the subscription within 6 months.

What if I cancel a prepaid yearly subscription?

If you cancel a prepaid yearly subscription, it will end the same month, and you will receive a refund for the month of cancellation and the remaining months, minus bank and transfer fee.

What if I need more hours than my package tier includes?

If you need extra hours, you can purchase up to 20% more hours at an increased rate of 30% per hour.

Payments and refunds

Are there any refunds if I’m unsatisfied with the service?

If you cancel during your first month's pilot, you will receive a refund of your entire payment, minus bank and transfer fee. In this case Wingmate Studio will own the rights to all the work done during that month.

If you cancel your prepaid subscription, your remaining hours for the month of cancellation plus all upcoming months will be completely refunded, minus bank and transfer fee.

What billing modes do you offer?

We currently offer payment via bank transfers.

Why should I choose Wingmate Studio instead of an in-house team?

Hiring a full-time industry expert designer can cost you over $100,000 annually, plus benefits, and finding the right talent is another challenge. Wingmate Studio's subscription model offers a flexible, cost-effective solution. You will have full control with a choice to scale up or down; cancel or pause your subscription as needed.

In short, you receive high-quality design work without the overhead costs of a full-time hire.

How do I get started working with Wingmate Studio?

You can get started by booking a discovery call with us. Our creative director and account manager will answer all your questions, suggest the service tier that will work best for you, and also guide you about the next steps.

The first month of contract is the pilot, where you can assess our service and get an accurate idea of how many hours you will need to cover all your design requirements. The pilot is also fully refundable if you cancel during the month.

If you are happy with the service, you can move forward with selecting the perfect tier and starting a contract for a 3, 6 or 12 month duration.

What if I need to discuss or clarify something?

You can request meetings with our creative director as needed for clarifications or discussions.

What if I need designs urgently?

30% of your total monthly hours are designated as fast hours, allowing you to request expedited delivery for urgent tasks due within 24 – 36 hours.

Can I request no AI involvement in my designs?

Yes, you can request no AI involvement in your designs.
